Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath announced three-day state mourning and said the last rites of Mr Yadav will be performed with full state honours.<\/p>\n<p>Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed his anguish over the veteran politician&#8217;s death\u00a0and said that he was a key soldier for democracy during the Emergency.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Mulayam Singh Yadav Ji distinguished himself in UP and national politics.
