It is a foreign country, we have to go by their laws&#8230; We can&#8217;t give more details right now, it&#8217;s top secret,&#8221; added the AAP leader, in power for nine months now.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Authorities in the state are coordinating with international agencies to bring him to justice, he added, amid claims by the Opposition and sections of the media that Goldy Brar may not have been detained.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Law and order is under control,&#8221; Mr Mann said to another question.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;You have to understand that Punjab is a border state. From the [Pakistan] side, even drones are being used to send illegal things, such as weapons,&#8221; he added.<\/p>\n<div class=\"ins_instory_dv\">\n<div class=\"ins_instory_dv_cont\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"19c2h1lg\" id=\"story_image_main\" class=\"lozad\" src=\"https:\/\/c.ndtvimg.com\/2022-05\/19c2h1lg_goldy-brar-gangster_650x400_30_May_22.jpg\"\/><\/div>\n<p class=\"ins_instory_dv_caption\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ndtv.com\/india-news\/audio-clip-allegedly-of-gangster-goldy-brar-says-hes-not-arrested-nor-in-us-3580664\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Satinder Singh alias Goldy Brar,<\/a>\u00a0part of gang run from jail by Lawrence Bishnoi, is the mastermind behind murder of Sidhu Moose Wala in May, police say.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>In a dig at rivals, he said, &#8220;Speak about &#8216;gangster culture&#8217; \u2014 that has not developed over the last seven-eight months. Those who are responsible for it now claim to be keeping a tab on how the law-and-order situation is.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The Chief Minister also countered rivals, particularly the BJP, on the &#8220;freebie culture&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>He said <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ndtv.com\/video\/news\/news\/bhagwant-mann-to-ndtv-on-freebies-did-we-promise-15-lakhs-671823\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">money for subsidies could be generated\u00a0<\/a>by plugging leakages and ending corruption, and cited &#8220;an example&#8221; from AAP boss Arvind Kejriwal-led government in Delhi.\u00a0&#8220;He showed how a bridge for which a budget of Rs 350 crore was okayed could be built in Rs 150 crore.
