The Bahamian had a best jump of 2.23 metres.<br \/>Encouraged by the crowd, Shankar, winner of the 2022 Birmingham Commonwealth Games bronze medal, cleared 2.14, 2.19, 2.23 and 2.26 metres on his first four attempts.<\/p>\n<div class=\"cdatainfo   id-r-component\" data-pos=\"14\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" lang=\"en\">\n<p>Great start to the new year!
