A person spotted a lavish dessert at one of the parties hosted by the Ambanis<\/a>, which turned into a viral social media post. Twitter user “RATNISH” shared a picture of the dessert, which was decorated with Rs. 500 notes and served at the party. And it wasn’t just one serving; several of these dessert bowls were kept on a table for the guests. The user wrote, “Ambani ji ke party mein tissue paper ki jagah 500 ke notes hote hain” (At Ambanis’ party, Rs. 500 notes are served instead of tissue papers).<\/p>\n But one look at the picture, and we know it’s all a joke. It is a light, airy, melt-in-mouth souffle-like dessert made of milk foam. The foam is usually topped with pistachios, khoya, and powdered sugar. With over 190k views, the viral post attracted various comments.
