Light to moderate rain is predicted in parts of the city from Monday to Thursday, the India Meteorological Department said.<\/p>\n<div class=\"ins_instory_dv\">\n<div class=\"ins_instory_dv_cont\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"61bpv8no\" id=\"story_image_main\" class=\"lozad\" src=\"https:\/\/c.ndtvimg.com\/2023-05\/61bpv8no_bengaluru-rain-twitter_625x300_01_May_23.jpg\"\/><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>The MeT department has also predicted rain in parts of Bengaluru Urban and Bengaluru Rural districts. \u201cLight to moderate thundershowers accompanied with lightning and gusty winds with speed reaching 30-40 kmph very likely at isolated places over Bangalore Rural, Bangalore Urban &amp; Kolar,\u201d it said.<\/p>\n<div class=\"ins_instory_dv\">\n<div class=\"ins_instory_dv_cont\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"hj907cjo\" id=\"story_image_main\" class=\"lozad\" src=\"https:\/\/c.ndtvimg.com\/2023-05\/hj907cjo_bengaluru-rain-twitter_625x300_01_May_23.jpg\"\/><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Residents took to social media to share visuals of the waterlogged roads and traffic as the rain battered the city.
