The event will start with a havan in the morning, where the ceremonial sceptre Sengol will be handed over to PM Modi by the high priests of the Shaivite order.<\/p>\n<div class=\"ins_instory_dv\">\n<div class=\"ins_instory_dv_cont\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"vp7vijho\" id=\"story_image_main\" class=\"lozad\" src=\"https:\/\/c.ndtvimg.com\/2023-05\/vp7vijho_new-parliament_625x300_26_May_23.jpg\"\/><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>The Sengol will be installed near the Speaker&#8217;s chair.<\/p>\n<p>Twenty-five political parties will attend the event, while 20 opposition parties have boycotted it.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The new Parliament building will make every Indian proud.
