The team&#8217;s physiotherapist rushed onto the field, and eventually, Naseem walked off the ground.<br \/>The extent of Naseem&#8217;s injury has yet to be determined, but this development raises concerns for the Pakistan team, especially with a crucial match against arch-rival India approaching on Sunday in Colombo.
