The Bharatiya Janata Party leader had been <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ndtv.com\/india-news\/massive-outrage-speakers-warning-over-bjp-mp-ramesh-bidhuris-offensive-comments-4413477\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">served a show-cause notice after a vulgar outburst in Parliament<\/a> that was caught on camera and fiercely condemned by the opposition, forcing his party to act against its member.<\/p>\n<p>The BJPon Sunday <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ndtv.com\/india-news\/ramesh-bidhuri-communal-slurs-danish-ali-no-comments-speaker-will-ramesh-bidhuri-on-abusing-mp-in-parliament-4418857\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">refused to comment on his use of communal slurs<\/a>\u00a0and would only say\u00a0Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla &#8211; who has received letters calling for action against both Lok Sabha representatives.<\/p>\n<p>A day after he was publicly abused during Parliament&#8217;s special session, a tearful Mr Ali told NDTV he had been unable to sleep and was on the verge of a mental breakdown.
