NEW DELHI: Citing personal reasons, celebrated boxer MC Mary Kom stepped down as chef-de-mission of India’s Paris Olympics contingent on Friday.
“Embarrassing to retreat from a commitment, but I am left with no choice,” Mary Kom was quoted by PTI after stepping down as India’s chef-de-mission for Olympics.
